Since I paid and didn't receive my order, I'll have to say it's a scam I ordered on October 2,2020 ( see my review under L. A.) and they refused to help. I just learned that you can dispute the charges but there's a time limit. The suggestion is that the company is waiting you out until you can't dispute the charges anymore and then there will be nothing you can do about it. I'll be looking into the Federal Trade Commission today.

It sure was for me. I read the reviews and they looked pretty good, but... They got $138 from me that I'm disputing.

Watch out for the Zolucky representative replies listed here or on their website. Like those of Jules R above. They write their own customer satisfaction reviews and they have zero customer service or satisfaction. You will only hear that they have no intent of refunding your money. In dealing with this company there is not one thread of legitimacy. Its clothes are full of chemicals, poorly made knock offs that are made from inferior materials. It is a scam, products made in china by sweat shops and shipped through to USA via some wretched middle man company out of Hawaii or California. They know how to scam and hide. Hopefully they are out of business soon, they are nothing but greedy credit card scrapers. No customer satisfaction, no returns and no refunds. This is a Chinese manufacturer and distributor. Stay away from these companies The formaldehyde smell of their clothes will make you wretch! You may as well burn your money as to spend it on Zolucky clothes.

Yes, it is. They posted misleading information in their website. Their items are not comparable to their photos

What you order it is not what you get. The products seem nice on line, but what you receive is usually a plastic resembling item with a print which imitates your order. The quality is abysmal. Do not waist your money!

Yes, it is. Don't bother. Items are nothing like the pictures... colors are off, designs are off, quality is awful, and materials aren't the same (i. E.: if you buy a sweater that looks like yarn, it's cotton... or something that feels like it).
