I bought a dress that I was absolutely in love with for a wedding. I received a dress with a hole in it, not to mention I paid $20 extra to have it express shipped. I called them and received another dress 2 days after I needed it. I called them to inform them that I had to go get the first dressed fixed because the wedding was the same day I received the first dress. I offered to send the unused dress back and instead of asking for a full refund I only asked for the refund for the tailor company. They absolutely refused to meet me half way and the customer service was HORRIBLE. I still have both dresses at home. It was dumb on their end because they lost out on a new dress that they have online for $60 because they didn't want to refund me $20. SMH. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN. As far as quality goes, the material looked great online but is nothing more than spandex type material.

Really I bought twice from Tandy and both times delivered on time to Qatar I 16 days exactly and the quality is very good. Even the gift is in high quality especially the second time.
I will buy again from Tandy and don't hesitate to buy also

Don't buy from them. They're a scam site which sometimes delivers, and sometimes just takes your money and disappears.

Don't do it. Return policy is horrible.

You get what you pay for, if it's cheap expect it to look cheap, I was nappy knowing its costume not highest quality, I will but from yandy again, good luck

Hi Brandi Yandy sells all the major brands of costumes plus our exclusives. The quality of the product is reflected in the price - less expensive the item - less qualify. To best assist you I suggest you provide the SKU # of the item you interested in. Also the brand is listed - you may want to research the brand rather than just Yandy.
Sizing would be the most important factor. I would use our sizing guide http://www.yandy.com/sizing-guide. I cannot reply to Lynn, Ahmed, Jennifer or Brandi's experience because I do not know what they purchase. Unfortunately there is a risk of shopping online - unlike a store you cannot try it on. You cannot feel the quality or see exactly how it looks. Every customer's perspective is different. Some customer's find a $36 costume be exactly what they expected. Other feel it should be of much better quality.

Save your MONEY... they are cheaply made and poor quality

If your intentions are to look sexy then I'd buy. Not the finest material but the lingerie I purchased definitely was sexy. So far my experience has been good but If u see more bad reviews than good I'd go with majority.

The stuff is so cheap and the quality is exactly the same. The "chat support" she is referring to is what I used and it was TERRIBLE. I cannot believe the employees talk to people that way and still have jobs. One time the woman even disconnected the chat after she felt she was done.

Just disgusting service and cheap products.
