How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at Wrist-Band?

They have no customer service. No on answers the 800 phone number, they do not reply to emails, and the chat box on their site is worthless. AVOID THIS COMPANY

Customer service is USELESS. They will respond, but provide no solution. They will also accuse you of making false allegations, because they refuse to accept the video and photo proof is real. Their products suck and their customer service is even worse! AVOID!

Getting hold of customer service is possible but useless.

Phone no way. E-mail they answered and lied about one size fits all. Then they said try to make them fit.
