Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.

Yes got money back when one item never arrived but no exchange or money back on a faulty quad copter. Didn't even bother with the cloths that were too small just have them away and won't buy there again

L didn't get the 2 item so I tried emailing wish no help so went to PayPal

Still waiting for the 2 items.

I did get a refund of $2 bc I never got an item.

The items I didn't receive I got nothing back, no refund, no I'm sorry, all they said was it's everyone else's fault. I've got NUMEROUS emails between myself and wish and it's disgusting.

Hi, I have received most of the items, some I am being patient. Have not received nail polish, but I did receive the electronics and garments. They tell you the will return the cost of the item but not shopping

I am at my wits end with this company. Been trying to return items to them but to no avail. Looked up an address in Hounslow. It does not exist There is a Unit 5, but the company has closed down. Do not know what to do now. I have gone to Trading Standards, but not much help from them. Told to speak to CAB. But not much help there either. Something has got to be done about this company. It is dreadful.

I haven't returned anything. The items I didn't get I contacted Wish customer service and they refunded my money and told me if I got the item to keep it.
