Who services/repairs the PW-4x4Q power wheelchairs you are selling?

Hi Pamela! Thanks for your question. We ship the PW-4x4Q directly from the manufacturer, so we adhere to each manufacturer's warranty policy. We do not provide onsite service/repairs since we are online-only, however we do provide the manufacturer's full warranty. For the PW-4x4Q, there is a 2 year warranty on all parts and components.
