Price, manufacture and delivery time, quality and range of products available.
Good, decent pictures on their site. Why don't sellers get it? If it's displayed properly, it will sell. So many clothes manufacturers just have a picture of the clothes hanging on a clothes hanger off a door. That's not good enough.

Answer:
A mistake was made on sizing, an overcoat I received came out wrong, it was replaced within a few days, but, quite rightly, they wanted pictures showing the sizes delivered.
