hi I am looking at the reviews about your company and some of them scaring me to buy. Regarding your return policy and the bag being possibly fake

I am in SIngapore. What options are available to me if I purchase a bag that I am not satisfied with?

Answer:
You have no option to return. I live in Canada and I couldn't return the gag I purchased from that website. Customer service won't even respond to your email don't buy anything from them. Only if u leave in US you will be able to return your purchase. It is big scam.

Question:

I purchased a LV handbag and received it today in the mail. My friend who own several authentic luxury handbags compared my bag to two of her Louis Vuitton bags and declared that my bag is a fake. One thing she pointed out was the monogram LV were not in the right place. She said that one side the LV's are up and the opposite side the LV's go down. My purse the lettering stood up on both sides. Now I'm very disappointed. Is this true?

Answer:
It depends on the style of bag. For example the speedy's always have a size that have upside down LV's because they use one continuous piece of material to create the bag
