The company is in business to take your money and give you nothing in return. Stay away

Many many examples of unfair practices.
1. Poor ROI - after promising high returns
2. Sells you a hotel apartment for a premium but it turned out to be a normal residential apartment.
3. Force you to hand over the unit to them to manage - and then they do a bad job.
4. Charge you for additional stuff but don't deliver.
5. Devalue your investment by degrading the community.
6. Not delivering on what they promised.
7. Poor upkeep of the units/complex.
8. Deny you the right for "owner's stay" because they are using the apartment for their benefit.
And and, theres so much more...
