Answer:
I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!

Answer:
I know it's too late now, but maybe this will help someone in the future. This info can be found under their FAQs section on their website: Where do your products ship from? Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.

Answer:
Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
