Yes. I emailed them at 8 at night and they responded early the next morning. Email is the best way, I never had to call. They were always super quick.

They have only responded to 1 of 3 emails
They also do not respond to facebook.

I call and talked to someone right away. That was the only time I tried to contact them.

The have a phone number right on there website. I called and they answered right away.

Terrible! And when you do they're incredibly rude no hello, apology or anything.
