After trading a few emails back and forth from China, I believe that this is a distribution warehouse for ugg boots. I believe they bought real austrailian ugg boots in high quantities at a low price, and have set up multiple websites to market the sales to different parts of the world. I was skeptical at first, and I waited a long time for the boots to arrive (3 weeks), but I did get them and they are of excellent quality. And no fraudulent charges have ever appeared on my credit card statement. I think they are legit. So, the choice is yours. If you dont mind interacting with broken english for customer service and you don't mind waiting for a while, do it.

Jill, based on countless reviews of fraudulent UGGs selling sites, I would say no, you shouldn't.

I did finally receive the boots, but it took a long time, and the tracking information didn't appear on the EMS website until a day before the boots arrived.

I was about to buy one but as when i was checking out... somethings wrong, it suddenly slows down the uploading and when I open a new window google had emit the site and says that there was complains about frauds. Got scared and never buy.

Just saw this, has anyone actually received their boots? I am contemplating if I should order from this site..

They did send me an email, they apologized for not sending an order confirmation and said my package had already been shipped out. I have a tracking number now, but there isn't any info on the EMS (China Courier) website yet about my order. I will be watching for it... and I will post info.

I logged back in and went under my account found my order number and contacted them via email. Still waiting for call back
