Complete scam. Allocated money from congress and then deny small businesses the funds... Mom and pops are shutting down left and right, yet major companies with thousands of employees were able to receive funding. Every website reports that only a handful of actual small business received any type of funding at all. So where did the money go?

It's a government website that doesn't actually help. You decide.
