Scam. They shipped me only one item out of 8 I ordered and sent me an email with the USPS tracking number for the one small package, but they listed all 8 items in the email as if all items were shipped in the one package. The "package" was an envelope containing a tube of caulk. USPS provided me a picture of the package. The other items I ordered included 3 one gallon cans of sealer which could not possibly have fit into the envelope associated with the USPS tracking number. They don't answer their phone. It just plays a recording telling you to go to their web site. Filling out a form on their web site only resulted in them saying "we are looking into it" and they were very slow to respond. Follow-up requests from me resulted in more slow replies from them in which they simply state "we have been very busy" but provided no update or explination. This went on for a month until I finally reported them to the fraud division of my credit card company.

They probably wont send you a new one. You will have to send it back and pay for shipping yourself (as was my experience).
