Answer:
This is not a good business to buy from. They offer free shipping, but they make you pay for returns. Once you place an order there is no window to edit the transaction. I also requested to cancel my order if the address could not be requested and two phone reps refused.

You really don't want a bigger rug from these people. Read my review. It will arrive folded and ruined. Shop locally.
