Can you share a success story using Roberts Camera?

Similar to above... got used strobe didn't work... they had another listed same unit I purchased it and complained about the first one... they refunded the price on the one that didn't work, and I got the 'next' one a few days later... and it works fine... and has their used warranty which as I recall is 180 days... better than anyone on eBay and at similar prices... with usually free shipping always in my experiences.

Received a camera that did not function properly. Roberts immediately accepted return paid for shipping and set a replacement with free shipping. Top-level service
