Why don't their customer service respond to me every time I contact them? Is there any way to contact them?

I had absolutely no problems getting through to Raney's customer service! First couple of rings they answered and were very knowledgeable! Make sure you call them during business hours and make sure you no what time zone there in! Every business gets busy from time to time so you might have to wait your turn in line! But for me I never had to wait!

After I called several times and was on hold for half hour at a time only to get an answering system I then tried when they first opened there time! I was 5th in que and finally got to talk to a live person. So try that.
