I have unused and packaged ink cartridges that I can't use as my printer broke beyond repair and I have purchased a new Canon that uses different cartridges. I would like to return these for credit for the new cartridges that my Canon Maxify 2320 would use. Will you do this? If so advise and I will list the different 22 cartridges I purchased from you and take a restocking charge and the balance as credit for the new ones I will need.

Your best bet is to advertise them on eBay for a good price. A little is better than nothing. I can't believe people still order from these "fools"...

I ordered some LC51 Brother refills for my printer. I would like to do a followup on those. My email address is gphillips1223@gmail.com. They may have been delivered and returned to you since I was out of town when they possibly arrived. Gwendolyn Phillips

They have gone dark and the customer service voice mail is 'full'. Are they defunct? How do I make a claim on undelivered product?

Yes, I am about to post a negative review just like the ones on this site. I have called twice and e-mailed twice with no response. My order # is 3346032. Cancel it and refund the money as I've had to purchase the ink elsewhere.

I was very happy with the product --- MUCH cheaper than anywhere else I've been able to buy refills locally. It arrived in a very timely manner. I'm totally satisfied! :)
