Why does this company insist it is based in London, the supposed customer service people all have 'English' names, but are all in India? They say that the glasses are dispatched from England, but the waybill states India? Why can't they just be honest?

Answer:
Cause they are a bunch of scamming cunts.

Why do the progressive glasses only have the visibility at the middle of the lens? The sides are so blurry that it makes me nauseous.

Why did the authentication number that came with my Chanel glasses not match the website? Are your products really genuine or good quality fakes? Since you're based out of an Indian sweatshop, I'd venture to suggest the former. Your prices are too good to be true.

All our payments are received using covered under the PayPal Buyer protection. Hint: Websites that sell fakes do not accept PayPal.

I bought a pair of glasses from you in December 2015 and they are great I have just bought another pair from you with the same prescription and lens type and I cannot use them (I have been trying them on and off for the last 2 weeks) why is this why have you got this latest order wrong
