when an item says 20 days to ship, does it mean it will arrive in 20 days or will take 20 days to be processed

Not certain even it will shipped you. Forget your payment. And choose your old apps viz amazon, flipkart, myntra etc

20 days to process and ship from their end
Them it usually arrives in 3-5 days
