Short answer, "it can".
Long answer, there is an issue with the skylark and achieva. On those specific vehicles there is an issue in the gauge cluster that can masquerade as a security issue. If it is indeed a security issue, our PRO Module will work. If it's a gauge issue, it will not. Unfortunately there's no way way to tell. This is why we ended up pulling the vehicles from our list. If you're at the point where you need to try, I can dig up the old instructions for you. 30 day warranty will still be valid.

Obviously we cannot say that it will "absolutely work" as we have not done the trouble shooting, but it is designed to bypass the security system on that vehicle.
