Hi, I bought Office 2013 Pro Plus this morning. Downloaded the software but rather than just unpacking like all other software I've bought over the last 5 years, it insists that I burn it to a disc. I inserted a blank RW disc but the burn failed, I was told the disc speed is either "too fast or too slow". Can you please help me. This is urgent. I have a powerpoint presentation I need to finish asap.
