I always use the chat, and that's personal and quick.

The experience was OK, I even got an aswer on sunday even though they are apparently closed for the weekends.
Needed help with changing the animation in one of their plugins, got a response after like a day, they even sent me some custom made video with step by step instructions.

They reply by e-mail fairly quickly, but they ask the same question/s over and over; the e-mail string went on forever. It's like starting all over every time they respond.
