How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at Moissanite Co?

No telephone number, you have to send an email and it could take 24 hours to receive a response

During the day I have chatted with them many times, and you can usually instantly talk to somebody. You can email too, and they have always responded the same day. But I prefer the live chat option.

Not easy at all!

They will answer emails and that is it.

In my opinion it is not easy! You can't speak with anyone on the phone. You can only email which takes days to get a response or live chat... which is currently down.
