Paid for some credits and still have not heard back from the staff and was yesterday. I've try to contact them many times.

My guess is they ran out of gold for your particular game and rather than notifying customers, they are taking your money and seeing who will bother to file a dispute to get their money back.
They will not respond to you if you try to reach them directly. However, if you file a dispute via the Paypal resolution centre (or with your credit card company), you will probably get a refund quite promptly, as I did. Good luck.
