If you play the games you choose yourself and not the allocated games can you still improve your scores. Also are self chosen games added on to the amount of days played in a month?

Customer-friendliness is pretty bad:
* The site kept losing my password and several times I had to re- and re-register. And that oughta-be-simple process isn't straightforward either. They act like access to their games is entry into hallowed ground or Fort Knox.
* When my pricey family subscription was ending/had ended, they never sent me a notice; just stopped sending the daily reminders.
* The games were varied and increased in level of challenge.
* Their stats system seems well designed.
