Then ask someone why I tried for over 3 weeks to get a new c-pap mask and hose from the HOME office in Florida and it never showed up!
I'm not indigent like some of your customers, I don't accept incompetence. My sleep clinic simply changed me to a new supplier and I am now very, very happy with them.

The truth is that not every center is like that. I am the healthcare specialist for Lincare and I do care about my patients. I couldn't care less about the money.
