I was not so lucky and have had a horrible experience withLensabl. After two months I'm still waiting for progressive lenses that cost over $600 and Neither my frames nor the lenses I ordered are back to me. Next time I will use a local eyewear store.

Based on my experience with Lensabl, I'd say scam.

It is a poorly run (that's being charitable) company with a questionable customer service ethic. Their quality control is poor to non-existent and they will not refund mistakes.

Lensabl is legit. Have an additional set of frames getting lenses made right now.

I'm leaning toward scam. Maybe they are good for single vision prescriptions, but my order for transition progressives has failed three times or so they tell me. Starting week seven and still no glasses. They have promised one more week we shall see. Communication is terrible. You cannot call today or in. And chat function on the website does not work; it's just email. Really regretting falling for their cool, slick ads.

Absolutely legit. And customer service is top notch if you ever bump into a problem. You and your frames are in good hands!
