Do they actually refund in 30 days if the item's out of stock after ordering it?

They do not refund. They will give you store credit which isn't as cut and dry as it sounds... it can only be applied to certain items which are few and far between and you have to pay shipping too.

You'll need to file a dispute with PayPal or your bank to get the money back, otherwise forget it

I filed paypal dispute because they take too long, once the dispute went through, they finally got back to me... be careful
