Hello my charges was dismissed back in 2020 and expunged but still shows on a privet sites for a background check can you help me with this?

Unfortunately, that type of content is not something that the DeleteMe service can remove from the web. DeleteMe removes personal contact information from people search sites only.
You will need to contact the site in question directly for removal, they may request proof of expungement to remove the case listing.
