Will I be receiving order #26814 before Christmas? Ordered on 11/28/16 and I have not received any tracking info. The website says customers will receive hoverboards in three days, and I realize there was a delay in processing, but 11 days is WAY too much time to process, especially if you can debit an account instantly for the product. This is ridiculous. This is supposed to be for my son's Christmas.

You will not receive anything from this company because its a scam. The address doesn't even exist, its an empty lot. Check on the google maps, street view. I confirmed the empty lot when I called the Miami Police Dept and the city of Miami business authority... There are over 80 complaints at the BBB this month alone about this fraudulent company. His name is Jimmy Temkin and he is doing business under many other company names using the same address that does not exist. FIle a complaint with your bank and cancel any cards u gave them so they don't charge it again
