I recently purchased VPS Server From Hosting Raja, and I can honestly say it's been a nightmare from day one. The service is abysmal, and I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy.
First of all, their uptime claims are a complete joke. My website has been down more times than it's been up. It's incredibly frustrating to pay for a service that can't even keep my site online. When I reached out to their customer support, I was met with unhelpful and rude representatives who seemed to have no idea what they were doing.
They are not refunding your money if you are not happy with the service and support.
