Are these clothes from India smaller in size than the usa size chart?

Answer:
Mine was a tiny bit bigger than I expected, I could have gone down to a medium but wanted the ability to adjust it

what does stretched sizing mean? will any clothes I order stretch after a couple of washes??How do I order the correct size if its going to stretch?

Answer:
Some garments have elastic backs, others have elastic waistbands or part waistband, the actual garment fabric does not stretch
