I'm used to getting voip number in minutes with many providers. Why does 'pending' status on order via paypal take more than 30min. with flynumber?

Sorry to hear and this could be that the number you need requires special registration, depending on the account we can issue numbers instantly

Because the company has a single person operating everything.
If you need any level of expedient service I recommend you switch providers.
