It's virtually impossible it's a deliberate attempt to frustrate people with legitimate concerns from getting redress for their issues and getting their money!

There is no customer service- you send an email and either you get this robot type response never answering your question or you get done so. Allen rep feeding you garbage for andwers

Not easy at all. & when you do get in touch they dont help they just say they are sending it to a special team and nobody reaches out

It is not easy to get ahold of customer service at FanDuel. They will send a code to your email and once verified, they will make you wait in line starting at 99 and counting down. Sometimes they will cut you off after waiting and you won't speak to anyone. Sometimes you will get lucky and speak to an agent but it's a hit and miss.

Not Possible, there apparently is NO customer service for Fan Duel

You cannot get to customer service ever. Live chat will disconnect when your 3rd in line and then you gotta start all over. Emails don't get answered and they show no phone number where they can be reached

Impossible. Wait in the queue and when they do eventually pick up they put you on hold for 10 minutes then hang up on you.
