Just called (855) 202-3570 and their recording came on (... for quality assurance... etc.)... hopefully you can get through with your inquiry. I steered clear from the get-go when I read the fine print about expectations of an outfit a month and/or a (let's call it) $50 charge. Good luck. Can't for the life of me figure why these guys are still up and running.
