Very easy but they constanly are saying "it will be fine " but this was never the case

Very easy, very helpful. Yet, when you actually need them you get forwarded to the Dispute Manager, who just stops replying as soon as it does not go her way. Did not get my money back in the end and have 'lost' over $170 this way
