The shipping home is ground UPS shipping so when you pack expect your stuff to get thrown around. I shipped mugs, a brita filter, and a desk lamp (with the bulb still in it) from CA to TX and nothing was damaged. The boxes looked a little beat up when they arrived. I recommend wrapping particularly fragile items (glass, mugs) in packing paper and a comforter or blanket. I think this service was worth the price. Shipping USPS on your own is way more expensive.

SUCKS! If items are damaged in shipping you will not be reimbursed for everything that was damaged.
