Also, I hear bad reviews on the return policy... how can I be sure to get my money back and return the dress if the company is so hard to contact?

I have now emailed twice and not receive an answer from you. I have also emailed the address on the website and even though my dress is not a 16 like it's supposed to be apparently it's my fault
