I tried to do my income taxes with the"free filing" that you are offering. First of all I don't have a cell phone, so no one can text me on my landline. Then I get a e-mail from you saying that I have to wait a few days since I don't have a cell phone.I don't understand why you offer this service,or is it only for people with cells?
