I paid with traffic school at the court. If i this online traffic school registration, pay again or not?

What you pay at the court is an administrative fee for the privilege of being allowed to take traffic school, holding your case open and processing your completion. The schools do not receive any money for their service from the court. That's why traffic schools, who are independent businesses, charge a fee for their service.
