Changelly is a 100% legit company:not a single issue here

Legit. No issues and fast exchange.

I don't think it's a scam, but they did claim I did not pay one crypto (bnb) to receive another (eth), when I did. I sent proof and they now say I will get my money back but I have waited almost two weeks and have not received my money back. So I would be cautious about using their services.

Changelly is definitely not a scam and whomever posted that comment obviously did not know how to use the service, So i would say user error, user incompetence, over any scam on their part.
