How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at CEVA Logistics?

Have emailed them no reply went through chat was ok in regard to reaching them but of no help

Easy to get hold of the call centre but they are useless. They have no information and refuse to give out information on where the car is, when its being moved or what precautions are in place to keep your car safe.
