I am looking for a set of summer bridesmate style dresses and I need a dozen of them. What I need to know is can they be easily returned if they do not fit appropriately. I get that returning a single dress is easy but returning a dozen can often be challenging. Also I do not want to be charged a return fee for each individual dress and separate shipping for each of them. Has anyone done this before from this store?

They have an awful courier that just leaves packages in building lobbies to get stolen! I lost over $500 on a single dress for my bridesmaid! Will never buy from them again!

They offered to provide return shipping to me for $39 to be subtracted from the refund... I was directed to return the dress myself and they still charged me the $39... it has been numerous unanswered emails and expensive phone calls to get help... and still many mistakes on their end...
