Have you ever done a search for 'babbeltype reviews'? I wouldn't call that 'occasional' poor reviews. I would call it consistent.

Babbletype works with several hundred contractors and the great majority of them are happy working with us. We pay religiously every week and follow our policies on payment scrupulously. Having said that, transcription isn't for everyone, and many who apply with us discover that it is harder work than expected. Our clients' quality expectations are high, and not everyone has the ear, or the language skills to get there. Some of those folks take this out on us; thus the occasional poor review. John Feldcamp.
