If one is able to keep track of their password and know their miles won't expire to being linked to a credit card, why do I need this program/ site?

You need AwardWallet because you have more than two or three programs that you want to track. I personally track 180 different accounts across myself, my wife, brothers, and cousins. Having one place that summarizes everything and alerts me to when I earn and redeem my points and miles is why I personally love AwardWallet.
