Good afternoon, someone called me from DHL cargo that my order under invoice #94970 was ready for delivery but unfortunately I need to pay for taxes?

Please refer to our shipping policy https://afremov.com/Shipping-Policy.html. The taxes are charged by your government as part of the import procedure. We do not cover the taxes but we do compensate them in form of store credit. For example if you pay $50 in taxes, we give you $50 coupon for your next order
