I just got my self inking stamp. I can't get it to work. When I push it down, it only goes part way down. Any help will be appreciated! Thanks.

I have a similar issue with a defective rubber stamp surface which won't uniformly press onto paper, so it's blank in the middle. I've tried unsuccessfully to contact them, have gotten scripted replies, requests for pictures (which I sent), and then the runaround. Keep trying. Maybe one of us will get a positive resolution!
